I have worked in the field of Learning and Development for thirty years. With a mix of real-world experience in the retail sector, and a solid knowledge of management and soft-skills theory and practice, I love helping people to improve their working lives by enhancing their interpersonal skills, honing their management practice and by direct coaching.
I have worked across the public, private and third sectors, at all employee levels.
I am able to work effectively with people from across the organisational hierarchy, with highly technical experts in their field, with people working at the very frontline and everyone in between. My real skill is in building a rapport with my client group and making the learning fun and accessible and relevant to all.
